I had such a lovely time on my romantic escape! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the MRT and night markets, making it super easy to explore. The common area has the most amazing view, perfect for us to relax and enjoy the cityscape together. Plus, the beds were really comfy, and having privacy curtains was a nice touch!
The bathroom situation was a bit awkward with just curtains instead of doors. It was tough to find space to change without feeling exposed. the lockers were quite noisy, which was a little bothersome during the night. it was a great experience, but a few tweaks could really enhance it!

Some of the bathroom stalls were small and cramped. One evening, the air conditioning was turned off and there was no staff available to assist.

I stayed at a hostel in Kaohsiung called Trip Gg and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, just steps away from the interconnected station. There was a night market and a delicious duck noodle soup shop nearby. The hostel staff, especially Tina, were super friendly and helpful. The place was spotlessly clean, except for the bathroom smell. There was a grocery store nearby and a big kitchen area with a shared fridge. The shared living area had huge windows with a great view of downtown Kaohsiung. I would also recommend visiting the new Kaohsiung main public library.

The place was well maintained and had a modern vibe. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. the location was very convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby, a night market just a stone's throw away, and the subway station within walking distance.
The check-in process lacked warmth and felt too formal. the staff seemed disinterested and not very interactive.

My recent stay at Trip Gg was fantastic! The location near Formosa Boulevard Station was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The hostel's facilities were top-notch, with clean showers, toilets, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and I loved having a curtain, plug, shelf, and light for privacy and convenience. The common areas were spacious and provided a great place to relax. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, like the small bathrooms and lack of microwaves, they were easily overshadowed by the overall amazing experience.
